Monday, May 22, 2006 at 6:30 p.m. Passed hors d’oeuvres include Stilton Wontons and Goat Cheese Tapenade with 2004 Brut Imperial. First course includes Creamy Lobster Bisque with 2004 Chardonnay Reserve. Second course includes Hearts of Palm, Artichokes, Bibb Lettuce and Pear Vinaigrette with 2005 Villagio. Intermezzo includes Strawberry Sorbet. Entree includes Roasted Tenderloin of Beef with Fresh Missouri Morel Mushroom Demi-Glace, Fresh Asparagus, and Yukon Gold au Gratin Potatoes with 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon.
